Drew Kelton

Executive Director

A global business leader with over 30 years of experience in the ICT and telecommunications arena, Drew Kelton has experience in CEO and senior leadership roles at DocuSign, T-Mobile Business, Bharti Airtel, Telstra International, Saturn Global and IXNET.

In addition to his operational background, Drew is also an experienced public company director having served as Non-Executive Chair of cloud security company Firstwave Limited (ASX:FXT) and Non-Executive Director of Megaport Limited (ASX:MP1).

Stephanie Lai

Non-Executive Director

Stephanie Lai has over 20 years' experience as a Chartered Accountant and is a former M&A partner of Deloitte (to 2019) and KPMG (to 2009).

Stephanie has significant experience providing due diligence and advisory services, including forecast reviews to listed entities, sovereign wealth funds, wealth managers and private equity. Stephanie has advised on numerous transactions (acquisitions/divestments, debt/equity raisings and IPOs), across a range of industries (infrastructure, property, banking, insurance, wealth management, retail and transport) and markets (Australia, UK, Europe, Asia and the US).

Stephanie is a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee of Future Generation Investment Company Limited (ASX:FGX), was a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee of Shine For Kids (a not for profit) from 2013 to 2017 and also founded an online retail business, which she grew and successfully divested in 2016.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business (University of Technology Sydney) and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia and New Zealand).

Vivian Stewart

Non-Executive Director

Vivian Stewart, appointed to the Superloop Board as an independent non-executive director, served on the BigAir Board from June 2008 and was its Chairman at the time of BigAir's acquisition by Superloop in December 2016. He serves on the Superloop Audit Committee, Remuneration and Nomination Committee and is Chair of the Risk Management Committee.

Vivian is the Chief Operating Officer of Bigtincan Holdings Ltd, an ASX-listed enterprise software company focused on the Sales Enablement market.

He has extensive background in the IT&T industry, venture capital and corporate advisory services. He co-founded ISP Magna Data, venture firm Tinshed, corporate advisory firm Callafin and angel investment group Sydney Angels. He has spent 10 years as an independent corporate advisor specialising in sale, merger and acquisition transactions and related capital strategy for public and private companies.

Vivian serves on the management committee of Sydney Angels and on the investment committee of the Sydney Angels Sidecar Fund I & II. Mr Stewart has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from The University of Sydney and an eMBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. Vivian is a Member and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tony Clark

Non-Executive Director

Tony is an Emmy Award-winning Cinematographer as well as co-founder and Director of Rising Sun Pictures and Cospective, and co-founder of CINENET Systems Pty Ltd. CINENET Systems Pty Ltd was acquired by the Superloop Group in November 2015, and at the time had built a specialised high-speed international data networks catering specifically for needs of screen and broadcast media industries. The CINENET network is used by movie studios, movie producers, editing facilities, visual effects providers, sound facilities and DVD producers to create and exchange large digital assets and connect to infrastructure providers. The network interconnects media businesses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Los Angeles via dedicated international capacity to CINENET's Los Angeles point of presence.

Tony has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in digital media. His credits as a VFX Supervisor for RSP include Alfonso Cuarón's Gravity, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, The Last Mimzy, The Core and Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire. He is a 2010 recipient of an Academy Award for Scientific & Technical Achievement as creator of the remote collaboration tool cineSync. His deep understanding of digital film became the foundation for the technology spin- off Rising Sun Research (now Cospective).

He has served as a board member on the South Australian Film Corporation, is currently on the board of Ausfilm and is an active member of both AMPAS the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Visual Effects Society.

Tony is the Chair of Superloop's Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
